1. Who We Are
On Target Ventures is operated by Tyson McDonald, an individual carrying on business as On Target Ventures. The principal business address is 71 Madawaska Ave, North York, Ontario M2M 2R2. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@ontargetventures.co.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, schedule a meeting, prepare a proposal, form and deliver a contract, invoice a client, or operate and protect the website.
- Basic business contact information, such as name, business email, role, company, and phone number.
- Information a person chooses to include in an inquiry or scheduling request.
- Client account, contract, and invoicing information.
- Minimum necessary non-sensitive business information used for an approved Delivery Control Diagnostic.
- Basic website or security information made available by the site, hosting, email, or scheduling providers.
- Optional website analytics information when a visitor allows Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, fit-call link interactions, traffic source, session information, device and browser details, and approximate location.
Do not send sensitive personal data, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, passwords, authentication secrets, private keys, biometric data, information about children, privileged legal material, or other regulated information.
3. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Prepare non-binding proposals and, when requested, contract documents.
- Deliver the signed Delivery Control Diagnostic.
- Manage invoices, records, security, and legal obligations.
- Measure aggregate website use, improve website performance, and understand engagement with key content and the fit-call link.
- Improve service administration using de-identified or aggregated lessons only where lawful.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Client personal information or confidential information in ChatGPT or another AI tool for the first engagement. Meetings are not recorded unless a later written agreement expressly allows it.
4. Service Providers and Locations
We may use service providers for website hosting and security, optional website analytics, business email, scheduling, video meetings, document storage, electronic signatures, and payment administration. The Book a 30-Minute fit call link uses HubSpot Meetings. Google Analytics is provided by Google and is loaded only after a visitor allows optional analytics. A provider may process information in Canada, the United States, or another country disclosed through the applicable client data schedule. Information in another country may be subject to that country's laws.
5. Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, required records, disputes, or legal obligations. Active Client personal information used for the Diagnostic is returned or securely deleted under the signed data schedule, with a default target of 30 days after completion or termination. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls and multi-factor authentication where supported.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use, or ask how it has been used or disclosed. Some information may need to be retained for legal or business records. Contact privacy@ontargetventures.co.
7. Website Links, Analytics, and Cookies
The website links to third-party services such as HubSpot and LinkedIn, which apply their own terms and privacy practices. The site and its providers may use essential technologies needed to operate, secure, and schedule services. Optional Google Analytics loads only after a visitor selects Allow analytics. When allowed, it may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions and may collect pages viewed, site interactions such as fit-call link clicks, traffic source, device and browser information, and approximate location. We use this information to understand aggregate site use and improve performance. Advertising-related storage and personalized advertising are disabled. Visitors may select Use essential only or Allow analytics and can change that choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. OTV does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

We may update this policy when our services, tools, or legal obligations change. The published page will show the current version and effective date.
