Website content is general information about OTV and the Delivery Control Diagnostic. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, investment, insurance, or cybersecurity advice. It is not a guarantee of revenue, profit, savings, performance, or any other result.
3. No Contract Through the Website
A website visit, inquiry, booked call, email, proposal, invoice, purchase order, or payment does not create an engagement by itself. A Client engagement starts only after OTV and the Client sign the approved Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work and OTV receives the required 50% booking payment.
4. Current Service Scope
The first-client offer is the Delivery Control Diagnostic, a diagnostic assessment and advisory engagement. Unless a separate future agreement expressly says otherwise, website content does not offer implementation, managed services, system configuration, or ongoing operational support.
5. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, brand elements, frameworks, methods, scorecards, templates, and the CONTROL and Delivery Control Diagnostic materials are owned by Tyson McDonald carrying on business as On Target Ventures or used with permission. You may view and share a link to the website for lawful business purposes. You may not copy, sell, publish, scrape, train a competing product on, or commercially reuse protected material without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, upload malicious code, or use automated collection in a way that harms OTV or others.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, sensitive, regulated, or confidential information through general website or scheduling channels.
- Do not represent that OTV has endorsed a person, product, or claim without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The website may link to HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, or other third-party services. Google Analytics is an optional measurement service that loads only after visitor consent. OTV does not control third-party availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTV does not promise that the site will always be accurate, complete, secure, or available. OTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
